Ikebana Demonstration & Workshop by Headmaster Socho Fujiwara
We are pleased to announce that Socho Fujiwara, the 21st Headmaster of Kajiinomiyagoryu Ikebana, will participate in Flower & Green Motomachi, held in Yokohama.
On March 21, a live ikebana demonstration will be presented, offering a rare opportunity to witness the creation of ikebana in real time. Set in the open-air atmosphere of Motomachi, visitors can experience the beauty and dynamism of ikebana up close.
On March 22, a hands-on ikebana workshop will be held, where participants can engage directly with flowers and experience the essence of Kajiinomiyagoryu Ikebana.
This event is open to both beginners and those with an interest in ikebana, providing a unique opportunity to encounter Japanese floral art in the heart of Yokohama.
We warmly welcome you to join us. (There won't be a translator.)
